Metrics Sub-Team Mission

• Develop a series of metrics which gives the
  Supplier Support Committee Leadership Team
  information relevant to supplier involvement,
  activities and impact on the Nadcap process.

Background Why Have Metrics?

• To enable the Supplier Support Committee to
  monitor its effectiveness and identify and work
  on opportunities for improvement.
• To achieve consistency as it relates to supplier
  activity within the Nadcap Task Groups.
• To provide clear, measurable status updates to
  the Nadcap Management Council.

The focus of the SSC metrics are to assure that
the supplier voice is being heard in the
process.

What Data Is Tracked?

• SSC LT attendance at SSC LT meetings.
• Purpose
• To access the level of participation in the
  Nadcap/ SSC process by the appointed leaders of
  the SSC.

What Data Is Tracked?

• Total number of suppliers (companies) who have
  registered for the meeting minus those who did
  not show up plus those who showed up but were not
  pre-registered. Displayed by Sector.
• Purpose
• To track the total number of suppliers
  (companies) who attend the Nadcap meetings.
  Assess of suppliers in Sector in which meeting
  is held.
