  • The purpose of this work package is to finalize
    preparations and to conduct project team
    trainings. Also during the Training Business
    Blueprint Phase, finalize the End User training
    and documentation strategy and prototype the end
    user training and documentation deliverables.

  • Purpose
  • To conduct project and change team training for

  • To obtain SAP functional and technical knowledge

  • Set up the project team training schedule
  • Training (for SAP modules) must be implemented to
    suit needs
  • Steps set up the training schedule / determine
    the current needs / assign project team members

  • The task is complete, when the project team
    training plan is updated to reflect the project
    teams current needs

    information have been passed on

    gathered and gaps are identified to know the
    specific needs

    into an intitial curriculum
  • The task is complete, when list of topics and
    curriculum is created and roles have been
    identified

    identify ongoing maintenance requirements

  • To design and develop a training and
    documentation prototype
  • To analyze and determine the system requirements
    necessary for conducting training

  • Design prototypes / training documentation are
    two separate components
  • Prototypes should focus on creating specific
    examples and templates
  • Steps create a master list / create a prototype
    of each content type / test each prototype
  • The task is complete, when the training content
    and documentation material prototypes are
    designed, developed, tested and found effective

  • Analyze System Requirements (2.3.3.2.)
  • Examine prototypes and identify technology to
    implement the solution on a company wide basis
  • Steps Update master list with technical
    requirements / perform a technical assessment /
    rework protoypes (if necessary)

    requirements have been determined and a plan is
    in place for the rollout of the solution

  • Present the training documentation prototypes,
    gain approval, obtain sign-off
  • Steps identify invite relevant personnel to
    attend presentation / conduct prototype review

    based on feedback
  • The task is complete, when prototype has been
    presented to relevant personnel and final
    sign-off gained
