• Research communities in need of the vaccination
  which successfully prevents the flu.
• To determine the cost that would be associated
  with distributing the vaccine and informing the
  public of these services.

• Ten years experience in public health education.
• Co-Founder of the Consortium of Physicians for
  Disease Awareness.
• Author of three independent studies of influenza
  transmission in Southern Asia.
• Founder of Health Awareness, Inc. consulting firm

• Ph.D. in Human Immunology from Yale University,
  2000.
• B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tulane
  University, 1995.
• Assistant Research Immunologist with the White
  Plains Research Foundation.
• Author of more than 20 articles on the human
  immunological response to the virus family
  Orthomyxoviridae.
• Organizer of the Vaccinations for Kids program in
  New Orleans

• B.S. in Biochemistry from Vanderbilt University,
  1996.
• Author of 13 articles studying the genetic
  mechanisms of the influenza virus and two studies
  studying the influence of urban life upon
  influenza contagion.
• Post-doctoral fellowship with the CDC studying
  flu transmission patterns.
• Consultant in two major awareness campaigns
  promoting vaccination in rural Kentucky.
