- All received files should be copied from your
Anycomms Inbox to a relevant folder on your C
Drive - You should receive instructions via letter or
e-mail from the sender on the action required - When the received file has been used (saved to a
relevant folder on your PC hard drive and the
task completed, the file can be deleted from the
Anycomms Inbox . - Make someone responsible for house keeping of
the Anycomms In-Box / Out-box

9Purpose
- to enable pupil data to be sent electronically
to any school in England - to reduce the amount of data that needs to be
keyed in - to transfer data in a standard format
10Responsibility
- sending school to send the CTF within 15 days of
the pupil moving - receiving school to download the file and import
the data - LEA to promote electronic transfer and ensure
that an appropriate system is in place locally - DfES to maintain a national system for transfers
between LEAs

It is the part of the Integris suite of software
which offers a method of maintaining a register
of pupils with Special Educational Needs and of
recording events and information relevant to
these pupils as they progress through the school.

- Events and review dates can be scheduled
- Details and outcomes of events can be recorded
- Documents can be attached to an event
- Letter templates can be created for standard
documents
- SEN Register and other reports can be produced
