My Educational Philosophy

    teaching and not enough abouteffective methods

  •  My educational philosophy is based on what I
    always appreciated from a  teacher which was
    structure and guidance. As a teacher,  I must
    understand and know to be patient with
    all students because everyone has their owns
    needs and concerns.  Everyone learns differently
    and I want to ensure every student that I am
    capable of catering to all their struggles.
    Education is meant to be fun and satisfying not
    frusturating and discouraging. Too many students
    give up learning and motivationg themselves at a
    young age and I want my students to always know
    how important learning is and to never give
    up. Giving students structure and guidance will
    help them understand that teachers are caring and
    helpful indivduals.  Teachers need to develop a
    positive relationship with their students so they
    understand they can approach you for anything.
