- Councils - 130 authorities have now piloted at
local elections in England and Wales - 200 councils (England and Wales) have undertaken
electoral pilots representing 48 of all English
and Welsh authorities excluding counties - 23 councils have had e-pilots (5.5 of all
authorities with pilots) - 2008 - possibility that all local elections will
be e-enabled -
