  • A Spy
  • A Recruiter

  • Whats in it for YOU? Is this a club YOU would
    join?
  • Whats in it for Them? Listen to every members
    ideas for improvement.
  • Contact absent and past members for ideas. Assure
    them that change is coming and to come back!

  • VPMs need to become Club Ambassadors!
  • Your members will benefit and grow
  • Invite visiting Club Ambassadors to join your
    club as a dual member!

  • Rattle them with exciting meetings
  • Roll out the red carpet with a great Guest

As a VPM, ask yourself How many VPMs
(Visitors Per Month) get away?
  • Dont forget to, oh, I dont know
  • ASK THEM TO JOIN!
  • Try this lineWould you like to give your Ice
    Breaker at the next meeting?
  • Assign a mentor whenever possible
  • Make a big deal when they join!
  • Spend a buck or two because after all
  • Their life is truly about to be changed!
