• Minimum data policy to realize GPM objectives
• The GPM partners shares the level 1 data from
  the core satellite and the constellation
  satellites for free of charge.
• Product
• - Sensor provider is responsible for data
  processing of its own instrument, and also
  responsible for providing the level 1 data to GPM
  partners in near real-time mode.
• - GPM partners aim to define the GPM standard
  products agreed by all partners.
