• Register for the System
• Log in to Account

Create your Account- Click Register Do Not
Register for a Second Time Website

Choose your district, for Orange county- District
8, and click Next.

Pick your school from Drop Down List and Click
Next

Fill Out all Information and Click Save

Multiple Directors at One School

• Yes all directors can register in the same school
• Yes you will be able to see each others work,
  Student/ Concert Entry
• Coming Soon You will need to choose the order of
  directors. Primary, 2nd, 3rd, 4th (up to 4)

How to Enter Students
After Logging in Click Enter Student List

Adding Students One by One Click Add Student

Enter Student Information and Save

Adding Multiple Student Click on Import Students

Click click here to download Excel template

When it asks you if you want to open or save"
it, click save and then save it to your
Desktop.

Save to Desktop

Then Click Open and you can enter student

Enter in Student Names by typing or copy and
paste. Do not delete or change the column-headers
in row 1 of the spreadsheet

Save your file

Click Browse and find your saved template on
your desktop

Find your saved file, highlight file and click
Open

Import File by clicking Upload File

After Uploading Students, please check if the
information is correct. Dont forget Click
Save Students

Important things to remember!

• If you have already imported students, do not
  import those students again, or they will show up
  as duplicates.
• Only import students who are not already entered
  into the system.
• When you are done entering students, click the
  Return to Menu button.
• Remember, Upcoming events will be active when
  they are ready and you have paid your FSMA dues
• If you have lost/ forgotten your username/
  password contact your district chair
• If you have questions or concerns, please contact
  your district chair
