  • -How do I want this place and myself to be
    different when I leave?
  • Therefore, know your purpose keep your dreams
    alive. Write them down and stick them all over
    the place. Keeps you motivated.

  • FREEING UP YOUR TIME
  • Make others part of the process.
  • Use the dayplanner! Schedule in everyones
    activities. Determine how time can be saved and
    still your family, significant others and self
    happy.

  • Omit unnecessary activity! Whats really
    important on your to do list? Learn to create
    a Not to do List. (i.e. Im not going to run
    around trying to make everyone happy, so Ill
    feel happy Im not going to rewrite my notes
    every night just because it seems like the best
    thing to do Im not going to keep live plants)
  • Most important activities should only be those
    that directly affect your achieving your life
    goals.

  • Practice and rehearse saying no. Practice the
    steps it will take you to turn down someone
    because youre too busy. Practice saying no.

  • Taking Control not always possible when dealing
    with outside pressures. But, you can control how
    you deal internally.

REMEDIES
  • Understand what stress is and what causes it for
    YOU.
  • Know thyself admit to how stress affects you.
  • Acquire skills to combat stress in daily life
  • Short term breathing, 5 min. mental vacation,
    stretching. Long-term requires personal
    development and new quests.
