Advisory Group Terms of Reference

• (Advisory Group Chair CMO)
• To receive and assist in validation of All Wales
  annual workforce planning data for medical and
  dental staff from Workforce Development Unit
• To link with MMC Wales Implementation group
  concerning workforce implications of MMC
• To make recommendations to Commissioning Board
  on medical and dental specialist training
  numbers in Wales
• To provide consensus opinions on workforce issues
  concerning medical and dental workforce
• To provide advice on medical and dental
  undergraduate numbers
• To advise CMO and NHSHR on issues concerning
  medical and dental education and training.
