What is TRRA?

• A Means by which one municipality can collect a
  utility debt for another or
• A tool used in exercise of an Interlocal
  Agreement
• NOT a collection agency or credit bureau

What is Required to Join TRRA?

• Must be a political subdivision of the State of
  Texas.
• Council or Board must execute an Interlocal
  Agreement
• Must obtain a Static IP address from your
  Internet service provider.

What is Expected of TRRA Members?

• Enter New Customer Information
• Enter Bad Debt Information
• Collect the Debts for Other Member Cities
