Quick Convertion Stepsusing Camtastic
Draw a box around your patch and save in dxf
format
Detach the box from patch
Import into Camtastic
Make sure your dimensions are correct
Export into Gerber Format

Detach the box from patch.
20 mils or 0.5 mm is enough

Start Camtastic 2000 Trial Edition

Get familiar with Camtastic Window

Import your DXF file into Camtastic

Open your DXF file

Select Options as seen

Select Unit and click OK button.

You will see the imported layers on the left.

Imported but wrong !!!
Patch is not closed. In AutoCAD use pedit
command to close the patch.

Make sure your dimensions are correct.

Export it into Gerber format
