Why to vote no

• Doesn't put any more cops on the street than it
  dose now.
• Also it will cost us a lot of money.
• Forces cuts in healthcare.
• People who are 14 could end up in the real jail.
• Takes money from the school

Why to vote yes

• It makes the punishment of graffiti harder
• Cannot give bail to gang members to get them out
  of jail
• Increases the amount of time if the gang member
  tried to recruit kids into there gang

• It effects everyone even if you dont know it
• Because the police protect us
