Quick Refreshof CYBER
3
Where can I access CYBER from?
  • Anyplace there is
  • a reliable internet connection.

4
System Requirements
  • Software
  • Silverlight
  • This is a free plug-in download from Microsoft
    located at http//silverlight.net/GetStarted/
  • The user will be required to install upon initial
    login
  • Hardware
  • Screen Resolution should be at least 1024 x 768

5
System Navigation
  • To get from one place to another in CYBER just
requires the user to point and left-click with
their mouse on the appropriate menu item.

6
Accordions
  • An accordion is the arrow that expands a
    component in a Treatment Plan.
  • Left-clicking the accordion here opened up the
    Notepad section.

7
Spell Checker
  • To the right of every Comments box is a button
that when clicked, it will check the spelling of
    what is within the box.
  • The Spell Checker works like it does in Word,
where I can ignore or change what was originally
    typed.

8
Youth/Child Search
  • Although there are several items listed in the
menu, to get to Treatment Plans,
  • we must first search for a child.

Left-Click
9
How can I search for a child?
  • Searching can be done through the Quick Search on
    the Welcome Screen
  • It can also be done through the Face Sheet

10
Timeline
  • The Timeline also shows Treatment Plans.
  • The Timeline will show you all other events that
happened the day a Treatment Plan was committed.
  • Double clicking on a chicklet will bring you
    directly to that Treatment Plan.

11
Treatment Plans
12
Where do I find Treatment Plans?
  • They are located within the menu strip on the
    left of the Face Sheet.
  • Left-click with your mouse after the child
    information loads the Face Sheet.

13
Where is the button?
  • The button is located along with all the
    different Assessment types
  • Left-click the Add New Treatment Plan button

14
Existing Treatment Plans
  • Treatment Plans that have been submitted will be
in the same grid as Assessments.
  • Double left-clicking on the record will bring it
    up in view mode.
  • The grid can be sorted by clicking on the column
    headers.

15
Can I see all Treatment Plans?
  • As long as a Treatment Plan has been completed
and submitted, you will be able to view it.
  • You will be able to see it no matter what plan
type was used and as long as you have access to
    the child.

16
How do I add a Treatment Plan?
  • Left-click on the Treatment Plan Type Selection
    accordion.
  • The Treatment Plans in which you are allowed to
enter depend upon your user profile.
  • They will be displayed in the Treatment Plan Type
    Selection section.

17
What Treatment Plans will be available for me to
enter?
18
Treatment Plan Types
19
Treatment Plan Similarities
  • All Treatment Plans will contain a set of
Standard Treatment Plan elements, which will
    include the following
  • Youth Vision/Family Vision,
  • Strengths, Needs,
  • Strategies, Barriers,
  • Unmet Needs,
  • Diagnosis, Medications,
  • Service Request,
  • Supports/Attendance, and
  • Notepad

20
How do I enter information into a Treatment Plan?
21
  • Accordions will expand all sections within a
    Treatment Plan.
  • For example, opening up the Strengths accordion
will bring up a grid listing all of the Strengths
    for that Treatment Plan.
  • To add a new Strength, left-click the Add
    Strengths button.

22
  • The Add Strengths screen is very similar to all
other areas where text and dates need to be
    entered.
  • Once finished, you can left-click the Spell
Checker to verify what was typed, and then
left-click the Accept button to add the Strength
    to the Treatment Plan.

23
How will I know that I have completed all of the
necessary sections ?
24
Validation
  • In several areas of Treatment Plans, there is
required information, which must be completed
before other areas are filled out.
  • If you try and save a Treatment Plan without
completing certain areas, you will get a pop up
telling you what has been forgotten.

25
For Example
  • In all Treatment Plans, there are sections for
    Strengths, Needs, and Strategies.
  • If you try and add a Strategy before entering
either a Strength or Need, you will get a pop up
    notification.

26
Service Requests
  • Another accordion similar throughout all
Treatment Plan Types is Service Requests.
  • Information included here is Need, Strategy,
Provider, Service Code, Frequency, Start and End
Dates, Units, and Per Unit Costs.

27
How do I save?
  • If you have started your Treatment Plan but not
had a chance to finish it, you can left-click the
    Save or Save Close button.
  • When you are ready to finish, choose it and
double-left click on it from your grid.
  • If you are finished, you can left-click the
    Submit button.

28
When I am done with a Treatment Plan, where
does it go?
29
  • Your submitted Treatment Plan now will go through
an approval process before it reaches the CSA.
  • This process is made up of a hierarchy of other
    levels for review.

31
What else can I do with a Treatment Plan?
32
Printing a Treatment Plan
  • Any Treatment Plan that is in a submitted status
    can be printed.
  • Left-clicking on the Print button while in the
Treatment Plan will perform the action.
  • The Printed Treatment Plan will appear clear,
concise, and will include all data you have
entered into the plan as well as demographics.

33
Another Treatment Plan for the Same Child?
  • You can begin a Treatment Plan for the same child
by copying the information from a prior one.
  • The user can choose any Treatment Plan to copy,
    regardless of who created it.

34
  • After you select the Treatment Plan, the data
will be copied to all sections of your new one
once you left-click the Copy Treatment Plan
    button.
  • If any item from the original plan has an end
date that has gone by, that information will not
    be copied.

35
Linking Treatment Plans
  • A Treatment Plan must be linked with at least one
    assessment.
  • The Associate Assessment button is located with
the list of Treatment Plan options

36
How can I link them?
  • There will be a grid that shows only those
assessments that have been completed within the
    last 30 days.
  • Left-clicking on one or more of the assessments
will link them to the Treatment Plan.
