- increase income of 15 000 economically
active poor from 30 cents to one USD/day - Long term
- increase income of 50 of economically active
poor in Niassa - activities to continue indefinately through
profit making
6Current Operation
- Pilot phase started in 2000
- A number of projects under one bilateral
agreement - The programme is managed by a Joint Executive
Committee, JEC (with 2 repr appointed by Sida
and 2 by Niassa province) and one operations
manager - Budget 20 million SEK/year (3 m USD)
- Cooperation with about 10 organisations and
investors
