Legislative Branch

• The Legislative branch consists of The Congress,
  which has two branches. It has the Senate, and
  the House of Representatives.
• The Senate consists of 100 senators, two senators
  from each state, Senators serve six year terms.
• The House of Representatives Consists of 435
  members from various states, the higher the
  population the state has the more Representatives
  it has in the house, Representatives only serve
  two year terms.

The Judicial Branch

• The Judicial Branch Consists of the Supreme
  Court.
• The Supreme Court is the highest court in the
  country.
• Supreme Court Justices are nominated by the
  President and then voted for by the Senate.
• There are 8 Justices and a Supreme Justice.

The Executive Branch

• The Executive Branch consist of the Pres ident
  and his Cabinet.
• Some of the members on the presidents cabinet are
  the the Vice President, Secretary of State, the
  head of the Department of Defense, and the heads
  of 13 other Departments.
• The President serves a 4 year term, he can only
  serve two terms.
