and PivotChart Report

Step 5 Drag and drop fields from the PivotTable
Field List onto the screen as explained below

Graphing using Pivot Charts

• First Drag and drop a field from the list on the
  Data Field
• Now drop a field you want to graph onto the
  Category Field
• To see how the category values are influenced by
  another field, drop this variable on the Series
  Field
• The following graphs use data from a teacher
  education class
