- Tool for team to use in development of PRIDEs
Therapeutic Playground. Helps integrate team and
provides visible knowledge of work in process. - Create an easy way for the ARC Board to review
progress and provide input. - Provide a clear plan and documentation for
potential donors and grant opportunities.

5PRIDE Playground Vision
- The PRIDE playground is an outdoor extension of
the enriched learning environment fully alive at
PRIDE for Kids. - Our outdoor classroom brings children and
families together to master the skills of success
through play and achievement.

- Meet the desired vision and objectives with the
playground - Develop site master and detailed plans
- Implement Phase 1 equipment, hardscape, and
landscape given the budget constraints - Schedule
- Begin planning and development effort in January

square feet and will not require stormwater
permit. - Structural concrete may require additional
engineering design. - Building modifications may require architectural
design. - Work excludes off-site improvements and planning
work including land use planning, civil
engineering, street/ site lighting, electrical
design, geotechnical testing, transportation
engineering, natural resources and all other work
not identified in proposal. - All permits, SDC fees and application fees will
be paid by owner.
