Next Steps-Observation

• By October 30 LIS and Supervisor will determine
  Observation Focus.
• This is very specific for the first observation
  and intended to assist you.
• For example Observation of your questioning
  skills.

• The teacher and supervisor will hold at least two
  post-observation conferences by December 15.
• The supervisor will complete a Mid-year
  Evaluation Form attaching observation reports and
  provide a copy for the teacher.

  one additional post-observation conference
  between December 15 and March 1.
