3Terminology
CP CP stands for Commissionable Points. Every
Matol Product has a CP value. For example a box
of Matol Diet food is 15 CP and a bottle of
Matol/Km is 20 CP. We pay all royalties and
commissions and bonuses on the CP value of the
product. PGV Stands for Personal Group
Volume which are the purchases of your personally
sponsored Customers and may include your (PPV)
Personally Purchased volume. PPV or PGV is one of
the components needed to earn commissions on your
downline Distributors purchases. OV OV stands
for Organizational Volume. It is the entire CP
volume of your organization between levels 1 - 6.
(This is the volume that Distributors may get
paid on.) Enroller The enroller is the person
who introduces the new Distributor/ Customer to
Matol. The Enroller may qualify for special
bonuses. Sponsor A Sponsor is the person
directly above any Distributor. ROQ ROQ stands
for Royalty Override Qualified and refers to all
paid-as Supervisors or higher who are qualified
to receive royalties. ROQ Supervisors or higher
are also needed to achieve higher titles.
4Terminology
Active Distributor is a Distributor who has
purchased 100 CP or 70 CP on Autoship. An Active
Distributor may purchase products at the highest
discount but is not entitled to receive
commissions. An active Distributor may retail the
products and earn the P.O.W.E.R. Bonus. LEG A
Leg begins with any first level Distributor in
your organization. Each one of your personally
sponsored Independent Distributors and their
respective downline represents a leg in your
organization. A leg can also be referred to as a
line. ROQ LEG An ROQ Leg is a royalty Override
Qualified leg. This means, someone in one of your
Legs, whether it is the Distributor on your first
level or anyone in their entire organization is
paid as a Supervisor or higher. Level A Level
is a fixed position in your organization and does
not change. It is the position where a
Distributor signs up. When you personally sponsor
a Distributor they are on your level one. When
that Distributor personally sponsors a
Distributor they are on your level
two. Generation - A Generation is an ROQ
Supervisor or higher. Compression Distributors
are paid on Generations. Compression allows you
to be paid on volume in between Generations.
5Terminology
Example Unlike a level, a generation does not
have a fixed position and can be found on any
level of your organization. Vaness
a is on your 4th Level but is your 1st
generation. Your Paid as title determines how
many generations you get paid on. Compression
allows you to be paid on the volume in between.

6The P.O.W.E.R. BONUS
- One time incentive paid to qualified enrollers
on volume generated by newly enrolled
Distributors. - Qualified enrollers will receive a 50 Power
Bonus on 50 of the total volume generated by
newly enrolled Distributors in their signup month
to a maximum of 300 CP. - On the remaining 50 of volume up to 300 CP and
all volume above 300 CP, regular Royalties will
be paid to the qualified uplines starting with
the new Distributors sponsor. - In order to qualify for this bonus, the enroller
must be an Active Distributor or ROQ Supervisor
or higher in the same calendar month in which
their new Distributors are enrolled. - No other Bonuses or Royalties will be paid on
volume paid on the Power Bonus.
