  • In respect to the number of employees at each
    store, there should be a quota for race, age, and
    sex how many each store needs to hire.
  • Second, set very descriptive surveys to get a
    clear idea of what the make up is for each store.
  • Also, design diversity workshops for employees
    and give incentives and rewards for those who
    attend the workshops.
