CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
  • State initiative since 2003
  • Aim to cover the core curriculum of all subjects
    in all 12 grades of public education and provide
    the frame systems (LCMS LMS) to handle the
    materials
  • Tenders to fill up the Digital Knowledge Base
    with free online resources, National
    Development Plan, EU
  • Years 7-12, 1-6 also vocational training
  • SDT content and LCMS
  • National Digital Data Archive the organisation
    for and the result of the national digitalisation

  • 65 000 learning objects
  • 3400 lessons in 750 topics
  • 3300 simulations, animations, 900 collections
  • 6700 tests
  • 12 000 images, 1200 sound clips, 1100 videos
  • 200.000 learning objects until the end 2005
  • Supplementary databases, background information

RD Programmes - Celebrate
  • 9 schools in the content development process
  • More than 150 Hungarian teachers made digital
    resources
  • 20 schools in the pilot, using the resources and
    the tools creating LOs themselves
  • 2 case study schools
