• The Music hall/BIMhouse
• The design is ready, but this building only
  accommodates activities during the evening. This
  will lead to exploitation problems. In addition,
  these kind of cultural activities are strongly
  dependent on government subsidizing (National and
  rural). This is slowly ending.

• Assignment Analyze this problem like similar
  institutes and make a proposition, based on the
  masterplan from phase 1, for the adjustment of
  the design to make it financially more
  independent. This adjustments must cover at least
  4000 m² gross floor area and must intervene with
  the existing building (at least 30)
• The plan must be elaborated into an initial
  design for all disciplinesAO, BTO, CO, FAGO and
  UT. 4 A0-panels and a model must be made, plus a
  report must per discipline.

• In the context of urban developments, this area
  is interesting because it is a large void between
  the central station area and the new IJ-oever
  area on the Oostelijke Handelskade. It means
  that the urban development design also must take
  place on water and rail.

  architectural elaboration and a check of the
  financial feasibility.

Tutoring

• Students who wish to speak with a tutor can visit
  a teacher during the tutoring appointments on
  Tuesday morning at floor 4. The tutoring consists
  of so-called 10-minutes conversations. Student
  must make an appointment for these meetings by
  subscribing on a list at the secretariat of urban
  development and management on floor 8. The
  teachers except the students to come prepared
  with questions on one A4.
