Whats Wrong Now?

• Member concern about fairness, consistency and
  capacity
• Member confusion created by a complex system is
  barrier to participation
• Public confusion about meaning of current set of
  credentials

Why Does ISO Matter?

• International Standards Organization
• ISO 17024 2003 (E) Specifies requirements for a
  body certifying persons against specific
  requirements, including the development and
  maintenance of certification scheme for persons.
• Framework for credentialing program recognized
  worldwide as best practice
• Globally accepted standards and procedures
  specific to credentials
• Guidance that promotes operation of a consistent,
  objective and credible program

What changes are proposed?

• Written Exam
• Moving to a proctored test location
• Eligibility for the Written Exam _at_ Foundational
  Level
• Coach Specific Training Hours
• Minimum 125 moving to 180
• Duration of Training Program
• No standard moving to minimum of 12 months
• Mentor Coaching Hours
• Minimum of 10 moving to 20
• Client Hours
• Moving from 3 levels 100-750-2500 to 1 level
  500
• Moving from logging lifetime history to logging
  hours after completion of 60 hours of coach
  specific training
