ImageIt V3 Technology

• Uses GDI hooking and/or Windows API
• GDI is a Microsoft Windows interface for
  representing graphical objects and transmitting
  them to output devices
• Supports hover or highlighting text
• ImageIt can retrieve any text within a Window
  that cannot be highlighted (i.e. Window caption,
  title)
• Supports mouse click or Windows hot-key events
• Does not exclusively rely on Windows clipboard

ImageIt V3 Technology

• Does not require program shortcuts on desktop or
  programs directory
• ImageIt runs in the system tray
• ImageIt can be started and stopped
• ImageIt event trigger is CTRL right click or
  highlight and assigned shortcut
• ImageIt can grab multiple values that are
  adjacent by right clicking mouse and dragging

Configure ImageIt

• Configuration can be launched from system tray
• Support for local or global groups of users
• Segmented by department, role and/or security
  level
• Each profile can enable the Fortis client, Fortis
  Web or Portal
• Supports parse out of special characters
• Show document immediately or only show query
  results

Configure IndexIt

• Switch between IndexIt and ImageIt
• Right click system tray

IndexIt

• IndexIt triggered via CTL right click
• Scan executed via CTL ALT SHIFT S

Running ImageIt

• To switch between profiles double-click the
  system tray icon
• Select the profile from the pick list
• All enablement will use that profile
• Select Show All Profiles to be prompted for
  query to run

Demo Workflow

• User selects CTL ALT SHIFT S
• From within LOB application CTL right click
  invoice number and then vendor name
• Document is scanned and indexed into Fortis with
  invoice number and vendor name
• Back-end SQL trigger fires and populates all
  remaining fields
