• 1-8,10-11, 13-16, 19, Lab
• Five points for a reasonable effort
• Ten points if I use your question
• Plus an advantage on the final!
• Due Friday, 5/11/07

Two Extra Credit Assignments

• Protein Explorer Fumarase
• Essentially the illustration part of the
  myoglobin assignment
• Groups of one or two
• Find structure(s) of fumarase (Protein Data Bank)
  and create a figure that illustrates some
  aspect(s) of the enzymes structure/function
• Use up to four panels for comparison, if desired
• Grading will be on a comparison basis (10 points
  possible)
• 20 of (reasonable) assignments get 9 or 10, 20
  get 7-8, 20 get 5-6, 20 get 3-4, 20 get 1-2.
• Grading based on (in no particular order)
• Information content
• Aesthetics (look it up)
• Accuracy
