  • Familiarize yourself with the investigation and
    the survey
  • Remain enthusiastic and upbeat

  • Introduce yourself and the organization you
    represent
  • Follow the survey introduction word for word
  • Project confidence and enthusiasm
  • Speak slowly and enunciate
