- Process TPO collects user requirements from the
domains and routes them, in order, to - Requirements Integration Board (RIB)
- LTC / GS-13 Level delegates of TPO / Domains
- Perform initial review and integration of
requirements into draft Prioritized - Requirements List (PRL)
2. TPO OneSAF provides PRL to PM OneSAF for ROM
based on programmed funding. This process,
coupled with co-developer code and PTR Fixes
determines the capabilities in the next version.

- Recommend Army-wide requirements for
