- January-February of each calendar year every
Extension employee, campus and field staff are
required to complete the self assessment tool. - Reminder of the civil rights commitment
- Review and improve understanding
- Reassess new action plans as the annual review of
plans of work are conducted

- Upon completion of the self assessment instrument
- A paper copy is printed for the respondents file.
- An electronic copy of the completed instrument is
forwarded to the Extension state office. - An electronic copy is subsequently provided to
Regional Directors (supervisors).
