• Have no skeleton
• Also have eight arms
• Babies are the size of a thumbnail

Habitat

• Warm tropical waters
• Deep water
• Lay at bottom of ocean
• They go to the coral reef too

Food

• Shrimp,crabs,and other marine animals
• Sharp beak and hooked jaws

Enemies/Defense

• Enemies are sharks,whales,and sea turtles
• It protects itself by changing colors, and when
  they are babies they stay close to the surface
• Swims quickly forcing powerful jet water through
  its funnel

Reproduction

• Safe places
• Pull rocks to make a cave
• Lay eggs from ceiling

Human Interaction

• Many fear the arms
• Most are not dangers to humans but sometimes bite
• Some eat octopuses

What Can Kids Do To Help?

• Use smaller cars to help gasoline
• Use less electricity for less oil
• Write letters to the government
• Be safe when going diving
