• 5. General description of the course the main
  goal is to illustrate managerial issues and
  changing role of managers in different areas of
  managerial work, i.e. business strategy,
  corporate governance, organizational structure,
  corporate governance, joint-ventures, HRM etc.
  from transition period until now. The important
  point too is to understand the nature of
  managerial resistance, their attitudes,
  perceptions and the impact of EU accession.
