Open Method of Coordination (OMC)

• Social-policy discussions already play a central
  role in
• Danish politics. This makes it difficult to
  meassure how
• big a role the method has played in Danish
  politics so far.
• As the actors generally see it, the action plans
  have not
• been instrumental in setting the agenda in Danish
  politics,
• but the actors recognise that the process takes
  time to get
• started and requires the efforts of all actors.
