After the FAFSA, Whats Next?
  • We receive your FAFSA information, use it to
create your award package and notify you of it
    via email and/or regular mail
  • We will award any grants available first, then
    loans
  • You will need to Accept or Decline your awards on
    WEBSTER - at http//www.ous.edu/webster

you received will be considered in our awarding
    process

Budget and Your Need
  • Your budget is determined for the enrollment
    period
  • It includes what we estimate your costs to be for
tuition and fees, room and board, books,
    transportation and personal expenses
  • Your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) is
    subtracted from the budget
  • The difference is your need and what we will try
to fill with need based funds
  • We can go beyond the need for some students, but
    not beyond the budget

I Have Loans, What Happens?
  • If this is your first loan at EOU, complete an
entrance interview at Eastern Oregon University

need to sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN)
