    questions, the results of both show common
    trends

  • A higher proportion of University Library staff
    participated than staff from any of the other
    units that were asked to take part
  • Results of this survey are helpful not only to
    the University, but also to the Library

    and selects areas to study by a small subgroup of
    LMC members

    measures for three areas identified
