• and the Tenant Services Authority (TSA)

rented and affordable housing units in England
at individual property level

• comprehensive information on four

• Were an RSL with about 3,000 units of stock
  can we use the spreadsheet method of submission?
• Answer
• Were sorry but the spreadsheet is only suitable
  for small RSLs (those with less than 1,000
  stock).

• Are there any plans to provide more information
  in our validation reports?
• Answer
• Yes were working towards providing examples of
  errors within the validation reports to make it
  easier to identify records with problems.

• Question
• Can the TSA improve the data dictionary to give
  greater clarity of field definitions?
• Answer
• We are looking to improve the data standards and
  provide more information on the fields.

• Question
• Can we run a test RSR between now and the end of
  the year?
• Answer
• Yes, the NROSH to RSR facility is available at
  the RSR website and allows you to check your
  recent NROSH data in the RSR form.

• NROSH contains more records than we have as
  current stock, why is this?
• Answer
• It may be that you have not completed your stock
  flow fields. Without these fields completed all
  records submitted to NROSH will show as current
  stock. Please also see guidance on the NROSH web
  pages (www.tenantsevicesauthority.org/NROSH).

• We are a small RSL, what do we need to do to
  start supplying NROSH data?
• Answer
• We suggest that you take a look at our website
  which gives lots of advice on getting started
  (www.tenantsevicesauthority.org/NROSH) and then
  contact our RSL help desk on 0845 0178 606.

• How can I check what data is in NROSH?
• Answer
• RSLs and Local Authorities can view their NROSH
  data on NROSH Online. You will need to contact
  our Technical Support Helpdesk (020 7944 6741)
  who provide RSLs/LAs with a user name and
  password.
