• POOL will be mainly used from experiment
  frameworks
• mostly as client library loaded from user
  application

• SEAL 0.3.2
• Root 3.05.05
• Xerces-C 2.1.0 (XML Catalog) 
• MySQL 4.0.4-beta and MySQL 1.7.9 client
  libraries MySQL DB server (MySQL Catalog and
  Collections)
• edg-rls-client 1.3.0 (Grid Catalog)
• All these packages are precompiled by SPI and
  available in the LCG dedicated external packages
  area
