8Selection Criteria
- Rules regarding pre-proposals and proposals
- Respect of deadlines
- Form to be completed in one of the 11 official
languages - Application must be typewritten or word-processed
- Original forms with original signature of the
person legally authorised to sign and original
stamp of the institution. - The signed original and 4 copies sent in the same
envelope. - Selection according to eligibility and quality
criteria.
