• During one shot ( 12 sec), several pairs were
  extracted, one pair being about 0.3 sec
• In one (parent) pair, several child-pairs were
  selected to estimate the uncertainty for each
  parent pair, but during this period, the signal
  intensity was still changing monotonically.

• Each shot ( 0.5 sec) has a particular fixed
  polarizer angle, that is, a fixed intensity
• Uncertainty is calculated at each shot where the
  signal intensity is constant.
• Therefore, multiple short shots will be used to
  plot the ratio vs intensity
