• Organization has to able to translate quality on

• SW architecture is an investment and it should be
  justified to management (..it can pay back
  itself.)
• Proficient company is a company that knows the
  consequences of its architectural decisions
  related to the business needs
• Proficient company is able to create architecture
  that serves the needs
• Architect has to be aware of the triangle Time,
  scope, money ( resources)
