  • Workforce housing was a topic on the PBs agenda
    continuously from 2003-2009
  • Planning Board unanimously passed a resolution
    including the following statement (21 October
    2003)
  • All municipalities have ethical and social
    responsi-bilities to provide their fair share of
    affordable housing.
  • The Board, nevertheless, discussed opposed
    SB95 and subsequent workforce housing legislation.

  • Proposed Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance adopted
    at Town Meeting on 11 March 2009 by a vote of
    559-186.
  • Proposed redefinition of zoning districts to
    define Wetlands and Conservation Districts
    concurrently adopted by a vote of 572-176.
