    designated key on their phone. Veri-Call makes 3
    rounds of calls, detects answering machines, and
    repeats the message until a confirmation or
    reschedule is made. Only on the third attempt
    will Veri-Call leave a message on the machine.

  • As many as you would like. We suggest 2 days in
    advance.
  • What if a child answers the call?
  • The system will continue to repeat itself until a
    parent is found. If the child hangs up the
    client will be put back into the queue to be
    called in the next round of calls.
  • Can you interface with my system?
  • Yes, Veri-Call will interface with all major
    scheduling programs.
  • What if a patient has an appointment with
    multiple providers or multiple family members
    have appointments?
  • Veri-Call will eliminate multiple phone numbers,
    only calling the household once.
  • Can clients be flagged that do not want to
    receive a reminder call?
