Log-In

• The Log-In page can be accessed by typing in, or
  copying/pasting the following links into your
  Internet browser
• https//www.idss.ida.org/rapidsystem/login
• Type in the Username and Password you were
  provided, then click Submit login request to
  access the RAPID Center platform

Main Menu

• Through the Main Menu users are able to access
  the following links/capabilities
• Logistics Module
• Security Module
• Daily Management Report
• (Storyboard) Module
• Situation Report
• Tracking Module
• User Information
• Users are able to select the specific Port they
  wish to work with, and can navigate between
  multiple ports, and multiple vessels at one time

• To change the Port you are working with
• From the Main Menu Click Select Port
• A drop down box should
• appear
• Scroll down and click on the
• Port of Philadelphia

Logistics Module

• Provides cargo information via data feed from WPS
  (Worldwide Port System)
• Able to access automated and customizable reports
  in both PDF and Excel formats
• Able to access cargo/manifest information

• From the Main Menu Click on Logistics Module
• Three (3) links are displayed
• Cargo List
• Reports
• Change Ship

RAPID Center Logistics Module Cargo List

• From the Logistics Module page Click on Cargo
  List for a complete cargo/manifest list, or
  location-specific cargo/manifest list for the
  vessel(s) being loaded/discharged

• After clicking Cargo List click on View Cargo
  List
• From the drop down box Select All to view the
  entire cargo list/manifest for the selected
  vessel
• Or Select an Origin/Destination to view cargo
  specific to a location (inland military
  installation, distribution center, or commercial
  facility)

• All cargo/manifest information is displayed in
  table format
• Data is sortable and searchable by the headings
  in blue
• Example If you click on the Status heading, it
  will sort cargo based on RSTAT status

• From the Logistics Module page Click on Download
  Cargolist in Excel Format for the entire
  cargo/manifest list to open in Excel
• Users will be able to save the spreadsheet, and
  manipulate the data based on their needs
  requirements
• If you have trouble downloading the Excel
  cargo/manifest list
• Right-click on the Download Cargolist in
• Excel Format link
• Scroll down and select Open in a New
• Window

• This is a complete list of HAZMAT and Security
  cargo pieces with corresponding identifiers such

• Mode and RSTAT status
• Able to Save or Print PDF report from computer

Security Module

• Users are able to access Security Alerts released
  by RAPID Center Security Team
• Alerts provide users with pertinent safety
  security information effecting port and vessel
  operations

• Click View Alert to access a list of recently
  released security alerts in regard to specific
  port/vessel operations

• Select the Alert you wish to view the Alert
  Number will be included in the Alert Email/SMS

  Security, Weather Tide Forecasts, and Points

• Developed in collaboration with AMC and SDDC

• Users can navigate through the Daily Management
  Report slide-by-slide, or can select information
  they wish to see via the headings at the bottom

• Provides a snapshot of current and planned
  activities at the terminal

• By entering cargo identifier information in the
  fields provided, customers are able to search for
  a specific piece of cargo regardless of which
  vessel its on, or which location its going to

• Serial Number
• Bumper/Container Number
• RFID Tag Number
• Mode (truck, rail, convoy, fly-away)
