Object

• Profile the regions of Västerbotten and
  Österbotten as competent actors for local
  development.
• Aims to increase and deepen the knowledge in
  fields concerning methods for local development
• Deepen the knowledge and create long-term effects
  on the transmitting methods between cultures and
  look for co-operation parties.
• Develop co-operation with other regions in EU.
