Rules of Parking
  • Ramp rules
  • - most decks are designed for 60 clear whether
they are one-way or two-way, 90 degree or less,
    owners want future flexibility
  • - Ramps are located for ease of way-finding,
better sight lines, to control the façade
treatments, or just what will fit where!
  • - Parking ramps are cheaper than jump ramps at
    end bays (less framing required)

Rules of Parking
  • No two parking decks are alike! Site constraints,
architectural requirements make each one unique.
  • Structural materials for parking decks (precast
    concrete, cast-in-place) have optimized systems
based on the Code requirements, so dont alter if
    you dont have to!
  • Consult a professional to get the most efficient
    parking deck for your projects
