  be Simran Singh, a Development Officer for
  Tajikstan and Pakistan at CIDA with a background
  in gender and development.
• She will be speaking on the importance of
  integrating gender into development and her
  thesis topic "Women's rights in Pakistan Between
  Feminism, Development and Religious Orthodoxy."

  Claire hopes to work with farmers in Ghana to
  improve their access to opportunity, while
  gaining a better understanding of how our lives
  in Canada and theirs in Ghana, are connected.
