ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Improvements on the functionality of the Order
  form
• The Order form needs to be broken down according
  to the number of items per season.
• The Reports would have Items categorized
  according to each season
• Develop a yearly report based on the youth and
  the items they have received
• Took a tour of CCC so that we could have learned
  what goes on in their day to day operations
• Involved the user in the beginning stages of the
  prototype so that we could know exactly what they
  were needing

LESSONS LEARNED

• We have a better understanding of how to
  develop database as well as developing one in a
  group
• Once you have a good ER Diagram designed, the
  table development and the relationship decisions
  are very straight forward so all we had to do was
  follow the diagram
• Improved our communication skills and listening
  skills
• It is very important to have good documentation
  and proper naming conventions
• HAVE FUN AND DONT STRESS ABOUT EVERYTHING
