Implementation Plan and Timeline

• Step One Consultation and planning
• Rough time Line Three-four weeks
• Meet with CA Office as well as Alumni Office to
  discuss and confirm plans

  costs and feasibility of project
• Investigate possibility of sponsorship from SAS,
