Collaboration between 2 outputs

• Network and control OD is the main document,
  including all aspects of WG4. Multicast OD
  should be specified on multicast aspect and
  should be aligned with the network and control
  document.

• Scopes of these 2 OD were not clear. Scopes
  should be adapted according to above common
  understanding
• Content overlap
• Technical inconsistency

Suggestions (1)

• Avoid overlap between 2 documents
• Some contents of multicast OD has same scope and
  content with network and control OD, for example
• 6.3 Availability of IPTV multicast
• 6.4 QoS of IPTV multicast
• 6.5 Security of IPTV multicast

• Avoid technical conflicts between 2 documents
• Some new definitions and technical mechanisms in
  multicast document were not discussed and
  accepted by the network and control document.
