Definition of Enterprise Analysis

  • During enterprise analysis, senior BAs are
    called on to provide information for strategy
    planning and execution and to help plan and
    conduct strategic planning and goal setting
    sessions. (paraphrased from BA BOK sect 2.1.5, pg

    needs of the business as a whole, its strategic
    direction, and identifying initiatives that will
